I have found the forms provided in your software to be very helpful. In the past, when I needed an AOC form, I could either go to the Clerk's office and get the form OR rely on copies of the form I had made earlier. However, when I am in need of a particular form, I do NOT want to stop and go to the Clerk's office. As to using copies that I have made, those particular copies may be out of date and I cannot with assurance use forms that I copied months ago. Your software, though, allows me to save time (and avoid the Clerk's office) AND I can with confidence know that the form I am using is the current form. In addition, the service which I have received when I have called you with technical questions has been exceptional. I have always received the assistance I needed -- always, no exceptions.

Just loaded updated NC estate forms. Your installation instructions worked perfectly. Thanks for the new attachments for lengthy estates. We were running into estates fairly frequently with two many receipts or disbursements to fit on the form, and the new attachments will solve this.
